How to Place an International Order - We work with International Gun Dealers Only

At Big Kahuna Industries Inc. DBA Big Kahuna Guns, we make it easy for international gun dealers to shop with us through our partnership with EasyExport. Follow these simple steps to place your order:

1. Create an EasyExport Account: Visit EasyExport’s registration page to set up your free account. Registration is quick, secure, and your information is not shared.
2. Check Your Country’s Eligibility: Confirm that we ship to your country by reviewing our international service territory.
3. Browse and Select Products: Shop our website for eligible firearm parts and accessories. Note that firearms, frames, receivers, and certain parts (e.g., barrels, slides) can only be shipped to dealers.
4. Check Out: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll see available shipping options and costs.
5. Provide Required Documentation: EasyExport will notify you if an export license or import permit is needed. Follow their instructions to submit any required paperwork. For New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa, EasyExport can assist with import permit applications at no charge.
6. Pay Duties and Taxes: Be prepared to cover any duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country. Check your EasyExport account for details on these charges if you’re in a Country List B country.
7. Track Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

Detailed International Shipping Policies

Below are the full terms and conditions for international orders to ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations.

Account Registration with EasyExport

International customers must create an account with EasyExport to place orders. Registration is free, and EasyExport does not share your information. Click here to create your EasyExport account.

International Service Territory

We ship to select countries. To view our international service territory, click here.

Shipping Restrictions for Individuals

• We ship firearm parts and accessories to individuals in countries listed in Country List B.
• We do not ship firearms, frames, or receivers to individuals. Contact your firearm dealer to register with EasyExport for these purchases.
• Barrels, slides, bolts, bolt carriers, magazines, and cylinders cannot be shipped to individuals in countries requiring serialization. These must be shipped to dealers.
• Some products may be restricted from export due to supplier agreements.

Export Licenses

Some orders require an export license. If needed, EasyExport will contact you to provide necessary paperwork. There is no charge for export licenses, but processing by the U.S. Commerce Department may take 4-6 weeks. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

Import Permits

Your country may require an import permit for certain products. EasyExport will notify you if an import permit is needed. For customers in New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa, EasyExport can prepare your import permit application at no charge upon request. You are responsible for obtaining any required import permits. Failure to obtain permits may result in incomplete deliveries, for which we are not responsible. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to obtain an import permit.

Duties and Import Taxes

You are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by your country. For customers in Country List B, your EasyExport account provides information about applicable duties and taxes.

APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are treated as exports under U.S. regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

End Use Restrictions

• Individuals: Firearms, firearm parts, and optics shipped to individuals may not be transferred to others, including family or friends. These items are for personal use only.
• Dealers and Businesses: Dealers and businesses may resell or transfer products only within their own country, in compliance with local laws. Complete firearms may not be sold or transferred to anyone on the U.S. Government SDN List.

Terms and Conditions of International Sale

• Shipping: Shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout.
• Compliance: You must be authorized to own and possess firearms, firearm parts, or other items purchased in your country.
• Returns: All international sales are final. Returns are not accepted for products shipped outside the United States.
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Suspicious or illegal activity will be reported to appropriate authorities by us or EasyExport.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control.
• Legal Disputes: All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in the state and county of our U.S. headquarters.
